black beans, soaked

c. cilantro

To
freeze: Chop lime and vegetables and put in freezer bag.
To
cook: Thaw bag and pour contents into crockpot. Cook low heat 6 to 8 hours.
To
serve: Remove cilantro and serve over brown rice, if desired.
