Chicken Gyros



2 pounds Chicken, Boneless Breast
2 ¼ cups slice Onion
6 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Oregano, Dried
¾ teaspoons Allspice, Ground
1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper
4 tablespoons juice Lemon
¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
6 individual Pita Bread (serving day)

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, shred chicken. Serve on pita bread.
