Divine Chicken by Marissa

2 chicken breasts
2 carrots
2 c. broccoli
1 onion

To freeze: Chop vegetables and add ingredients to freezer bag.
To cook: Thaw bag and pour contents into crockpot. Add 1 cup cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup milk. Cook low heat 6 to 8 hours.
To serve: Serve with rice if desired.
